1. Our Commitment
Scudo AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Legal Basis
This statement is published in accordance with the Polish Act on Digital Accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies (Ustawa o dostępności cyfrowej stron internetowych i aplikacji mobilnych podmiotów publicznych, 4 April 2019), to the extent applicable, and in preparation for the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), effective 28 June 2025 for in-scope B2C digital services. We aim for our public-facing website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

- Reduced motion: Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion
- Color contrast: Designed to meet WCAG AA contrast targets
- Language attributes: Pages are marked with language codes
- Alternative text: Decorative images marked appropriately

4. Feedback and Request for Accessibility
